About Caroline Bennett, Founder
I started my career as a documentary photojournalist, working in complex, often high-stakes environments where accuracy, trust, and perspective weren’t optional—they were everything.
That work was recognized, but more importantly, it shaped how I understand storytelling:
not as content, but as a way of making sense of the world.
I saw firsthand how powerful a single image or cover story could be in sparking attention—drawing people into issues they might otherwise overlook. But just as often, those stories stopped short. They created awareness without building the deeper understanding or sustained engagement needed to move people to action.
I went on to work with some of the world’s leading organizations, focused on the most pressing issues of our time. There, I saw a different version of the same challenge: campaigns designed to win in a moment, rather than as part of a larger narrative ecosystem capable of shifting perception over time.
Today, I apply that combined perspective to narrative strategy and campaign development.
